Services Provided

glisten-harbor provides professional animal care services including grooming, boarding, walking, training, wellness consultations, and nutritional planning. Services are provided at our discretion and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any animal or client for reasons including but not limited to:

• Aggressive or dangerous behavior that poses risk to staff or other animals
• Health conditions requiring specialized veterinary care beyond our scope
• Failure to provide accurate information about the animal's health or behavior
• Non-payment or history of payment issues

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your animal's health, behavior, and history
• Inform us immediately of any changes to your animal's condition
• Ensure your animal is up to date on required vaccinations
• Disclose any behavioral issues, aggression, or special needs
• Pay for services according to agreed terms
• Follow any instructions or recommendations provided by our staff
• Retrieve your animal promptly at scheduled pickup times

Booking and Cancellation

Services must be booked in advance based on availability. We will confirm all bookings via email.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled service receive full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before service incur 50% charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service incur full charge
• Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept payment via bank transfer or approved digital payment methods.

Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid at the time of booking.

Late payment may result in suspension of services until the account is current. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at a rate of 5% per annum.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of animals in our care, we cannot be held liable for:

• Injuries resulting from pre-existing health conditions not disclosed to us
• Natural progression of existing medical conditions
• Injuries resulting from the animal's own behavior despite reasonable precautions
• Reactions to grooming products unless caused by negligence
• Escape attempts or injuries during transport arranged by the client

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services.

Emergency Veterinary Care

In the event of a medical emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, we are authorized to seek emergency veterinary care on your behalf.

You agree to reimburse us for any emergency veterinary expenses incurred on behalf of your animal. We will always seek the most appropriate care based on the circumstances but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of glisten-harbor or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content from this website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
